Lead and manage the entire Rayalaseema sales territory. Drive revenue targets, develop the sales team, build key accounts, and establish Sri Dharani Foods as the #1 preferred brand in the region across all trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 6 Sales Managers across 6 districts
  • Drive sales targets in Modern Trade (DMart, Big Basket) and GT channels
  • Develop and execute territory-level sales strategy
  • Build relationships with key distributors, wholesalers and retailers
  • Monitor secondary sales, market share, and brand visibility
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews and training

Requirements

  • MBA / Graduate with 5–8 years FMCG sales experience
  • Prior ASM or senior SM experience in food/staples category
  • Strong knowledge of Rayalaseema market and distribution network
  • Proven track record of managing a field sales team
  • Excellent communication in Telugu and English
