At Sri Dharani Foods, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. We take great pride in the quality of our products and packaging. Please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

As we deal in food products, our refund policy follows strict food safety guidelines. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used food products.

1. Eligibility for Refund / Replacement

βœ… You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product delivered is damaged or broken upon arrival.
  • The product delivered is different from what you ordered (wrong item or wrong quantity).
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.
  • The packaging is tampered with or compromised, posing a contamination risk.
  • The order was never delivered and the tracking shows no delivery attempt.

❌ Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Products that have been opened and used.
  • Dissatisfaction with taste or flavour (as food preferences are subjective).
  • Orders where the incorrect delivery address was provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by third-party logistics beyond our control.
  • Products stored incorrectly by the customer after delivery.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date.

2. How to Raise a Refund or Replacement Request

To initiate a refund or replacement claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through any of the following channels:

  • Your name and phone number used for the order
  • Order reference number or date of purchase
  • Product name and description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product and its packaging

3. Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your request and verify the claim:

  • Our team will review the claim within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement shipment of the affected product, or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • For UPI / bank transfer payments, refunds will be made to the same account.

4. Replacement Policy

In most cases, we prefer to offer a replacement rather than a refund, as it ensures you receive the quality product you ordered. Replacements are dispatched within 2–3 business days of claim approval. Shipping charges for replacements are borne by Sri Dharani Foods.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.
  • Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • For eligible cancellations, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Bulk Order Refunds

For wholesale or bulk orders (above β‚Ή5,000), refund and return terms are subject to the specific agreement between Sri Dharani Foods and the buyer. Please contact our sales team for details.
