All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

3. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard delivery on orders above โ‚น499 within Andhra Pradesh. The free shipping threshold varies for other states as shown in the table above. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your cart value meets the threshold.

4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners including DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post for deliveries outside Tirupati. For local Tirupati deliveries, we may use our own delivery team.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the carrier's website. For tracking assistance, contact us at +91 99599 55021.

6. Packaging

All Sri Dharani Foods products are packed in premium food-grade, moisture-proof packaging to ensure they reach you fresh and intact. For bulk orders, additional protective outer packaging is used.

7. Bulk and Wholesale Orders

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please provide:

  • Your order number or WhatsApp order reference
  • A photograph of the damaged packaging or product (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

9. Address and Delivery Errors

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Sri Dharani Foods is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Additional re-delivery charges may apply for returned or undeliverable shipments.

10. Delivery During Festivals / Peak Periods

During festivals (Diwali, Pongal, Ugadi, etc.) and other peak periods, delivery timelines may be extended by 2โ€“3 additional days. We recommend ordering early during these periods.
